This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath has everything: gourmet kitchen with all necessities; a/c splits; new washer and dryer; screened-in porch with bar; outside shower; outside deck with hot tub (HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR ROUND; YOU WILL LOVE USING IT WHEN IT'S SNOWING!!); incredible landscaping; Apple TV in living and master. Linens, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are included. Mesh wi-fi throughout house and great work-from-home office space. Fenced in area for dogs!
Our home is conveniently located in Edgartown, but Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven are both just a short 10-12 minute ride away. South Beach (the Atlantic Ocean--lots of waves) and Joseph Sylvia State Beach (Vineyard Sound--very calm) are the closest beaches. There is a year round tenant above the garage with no communal space other than a parking area.
